**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations and Support staff member to join our boutique team. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful company formation and banking support experience for our clients. This role demands strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a clear understanding of UAE business setup regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Liaison**: Guide clients through JSB's company formation and business banking process, explaining procedures and requirements clearly.
- **Government Interaction**: Liaise with government authorities and external service providers on behalf of clients, ensuring timely updates and approvals.
- **Organization and Administration**: Maintain organized client files and documents, both electronically and physically, and provide essential administrative support to the team.
- **Research and Compliance**: Stay updated on changes in UAE business setup regulations and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and internal departments to contribute to JSB's overall success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a related role, ideally in the company formation industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE business setup regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in the English language is a significant requirement.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software programs.

**Salary**:

- Salary AED 5,000.00 Including all the benefits and allowances.
