- Position SummaryConduct requirements gathering sessions with HCT business stakeholders according to HCT business needs/cases and develop requirements documentation.

Align with government entities on federal/local governmental initiatives in accordance with HCT business cases/needs, this includes and not limited to PMO initiatives, TDRA guidelines & seven stars requirements.
Provide & present technical consultation to HCT high management when required.
Perform any other duties as directed by the Line Manager.
- Requirements- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Management Information Systems or a related field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- A Solution Architecture/Development certificate is preferred.
- Strong Knowledge and experience in the following areas are highly desirable:
- Applications development
- Applications development technology stacks (.NET, Angular2, ReactJS, SQL, NoSQL..etc)
- Integration tools (Apigee, Mulesoft, Software..Etc.)
