Reception Manager

Responsibilities:
**Front Desk Management**:
Supervise receptionists and host/hostesses.
Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and seating arrangements efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
**Customer Service**:
Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Provide information about the restaurant's offerings, including menus, specials, and events.
Ensure guests have a positive experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave.
**Reservation Management**:
Manage the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Confirm reservations and follow up with guests as needed.
Optimize seating arrangements to maximize capacity while maintaining guest comfort.
**Training and Development**:
Train reception staff on customer service standards, reservation procedures, and other relevant tasks.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
**Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain records of reservations, guest preferences, and feedback.
Prepare daily reports on reservations, covers, and guest feedback.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies for the front desk.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
