**Greeting and Welcoming Guests**:
- Professionally greet clients, visitors, and staff.
- Provide a warm and courteous reception experience.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
**Managing Visitor Logs**:
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges for security purposes.
- Coordinate guest sign-in/sign-out procedures.
**Meeting Room Coordination**:
- Schedule, organize, and manage bookings for meeting rooms.
- Ensure meeting rooms are tidy, prepared, and stocked with necessary materials.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling mail.
- Manage calendars and appointments for senior staff, if required.
**Office Supply Management**:
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors for office-related purchases or repairs.
**Client Relations and Communications**:
- Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors.
- Handle inquiries about the company or specific departments with a professional tone.
**Travel and Accommodation Arrangements**:
- Assist in booking travel and accommodation for employees or executives.
- Manage transportation logistics for visiting clients or stakeholders.
**Data Entry and Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain records of company guests, phone logs, and correspondence.
- Update employee contact lists and internal directories.
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
