**Position: Business Development Manager (HORECA)**

**Location: Dubai**

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets in the HORECA industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the HORECA industry, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive sales techniques.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely delivery.

Negotiating prices, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers.

Prepare accurate proposals, quotations and other documents related to sales activities.

Build and maintain customers database for HORECA.

Competitor analysis to convert accounts.

Communicated with the finance team to ensure timely collections and avoid overdue payments from the clients.

Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.

Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for product improvement or diversification.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.

Make sure to get timely payments from the clients as per agreed payments terms.

Performs other duties as assigned,

**CLIENT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES**

Build relationships with key employees among customers.

Create plans to address clients’ business needs.

Advise clients on creating profitable processes.

Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.

Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.

Collaborate with internal teams of Accounts, Sales, Engineers, Marketing and Senior Management) to address customers’ needs.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).

UAE HORECA business development experience.

Proven experience in sales strategy development

Strong understanding of agricultural products, processes, and market dynamics.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
