Dubai, United Arab Emirates Raptors Gym Full time

Key Minor Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls. (Inquiry, gym timings, schedules, etc)
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Making coffee and protein shakes with or without experience.
- Responsible for cleaning coffee machine.
- Photocopy, printing, scanning of files and documents.
- Informing owners right away for any problems regarding broken or defective equipment, gym facility like toilets and washrooms.
- Always approach owners for any minor or major problems that will occur.

Key Major Responsibilities:

- Attendance of the Members. (Body building and Crossfit including Personal Training, Group Training and Classes). Written and on the system.
- Freeze and Unfreeze member’s membership.
- Sales Report to be done every day.
- Assisting the management for gym events.
- Responsible to manage and contact suppliers for ordering what the gym needed.
- Make sure stocks are updated.
- Responsible for monthly inventory.
- Responsible to coordinate suppliers with ordering.
- Responsible for Monthly Expenses Report, Monthly Sales Report, Making Monthly Proposed Budget, Profit.
- Responsible for making Tax Invoices and Quotations.
- Making staff’s attendance and schedule to be updated every week.
- Ensure and follow up members to pay their expired memberships.
- Making order list to suppliers. Inform owners to order some specific items that they have to order like coffee beans and some protein bars.
- Always check Cash Sales and Petty Cash from time to time.
- Responsible to keep all the invoices from suppliers for Monthly Expenses Report.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
