As a Sales Manager at AL WALEED REFRIGERANT GAS INDUSTRY LLC, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our business. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of talented sales professionals, driving their performance, and ensuring the achievement of our sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, setting clear performance expectations, and providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing top-notch service.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to make informed business decisions.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, outlining achievements and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure that the team adheres to all legal and ethical standards in sales transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of more than 5 years as a Sales Manager in Refrigerant and Chemical Industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with previous experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the local market to enhance sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the local refrigerant and HVACR market, including current trends and pricing.
