Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specialized in Welding Equipment to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for effectively developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within the region.

Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to effectively penetrate the market and grow sales of welding equipment and accessories.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers within the welding equipment industry.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including expanding the customer base and securing new accounts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and purchase, to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to Head of operations, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

Stay updated on the latest advancements and developments in the welding equipment industry, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and expertise.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager with key focus on welding equipment and accessories industry.

Strong skills with the ability to effectively manage the sales and sales team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers.

Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Knowledge of the welding equipment market and industry trends and update the head of operations on the market trend.

Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for business growth.

Proficient in Microsoft tools, ERP software and other sales tools.

Willingness to travel extensively as and when required within the region to meet with clients and customers.

**Skills**:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the welding equipment industry

Strong understanding of the local and regional welding equipment market.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Good understanding of financial and business principles.

Excellent team management abilities.

Ability to work independently and take initiative by informing to the reporting heads and proper approvals.

Proficient in using sales management software and ERP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

**Education**:
Bachelor's/ Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Relevant certifications or training in sales or sales management (preferred) Valid UAE driver's license.
