**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
Prepare all payment vouchers as per accounting manual for processing in Epicor.

Responsibility for petty cash box, Petty cash to be counted and reconciled daily, including daily transaction processing.

Ensure that all petty cash vouchers are signed and filed numerically after accounting. Use correct forms/ formats for recording staff loans and advances.

IOUs to be properly numbered and maintained for accounting in system. Staff loans should be accounted in timely manner, should be released under proper authorization as per accounting manual.

All expenses to be accounted as per accounting manual and under proper heads of accounts. Staff salaries in cash to be handed over to concerned person only signature to be obtained from recipient.

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree OR Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- GCC experience will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of International Accounting Standards.
- A strong treasury background.
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office Suite) & ERP system knowledge.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting (preferred)
