**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the marble industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the marble, construction, or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the marble industry, including market dynamics, key players, and trends.
- Excellent communication, in Arabic and English negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be speaking Tagalog.
