Training & Succession Planning Manager

Identify and assess future and current training needs through career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Manage training budget.
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
- Evaluate succession planning program metrics and document results.
- Build knowledge in career and succession planning in order to provide specialist advice and support to end-users with regards to talent assessments and succession planning.
- Monitor the assessment of skills and experiences required for unmatched critical positions, and report risk areas, if any, to line managers.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
