**Job Title: CRM Assistant**

We're now hiring an experienced CRM Assistant to join our growing team. Should be able to manage the technology of a company to improve marketing. Responsible to maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care.

**Job Role**:

- Manage all aspects of backend and front end parts of CRM software in order to increase efficiency of client support.
- Back office CRM admin portal settings and configuration. (broker side)
- CRM client portal, Trader’s room, IB portal support (client side)
- Detailed CRM functions regarding KYC compliance, deposits & withdrawals, Multilevel IB creations and IB commission structuring.
- Work with database to segmented clients, analyze clients behavior, and improve the quality of the database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure IB campaigns run optimally.
- Understand and analyze digital marketing KPIs, develop and to create CRM reports on results to management team and other stakeholders. Continuously refine marketing tactics based on metric analysis.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years’ technical experience in CRM focused role.
Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- A high level of proficiency in using CRM software is a necessity.
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse common inconsistencies.
- Experience with forex broker CRM or similar marketing automation system
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics and other CRM/Digital Software.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
