We are currently seeking a talented and fluent Russian-speaking Property Consultant to join our esteemed real estate team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Russian-speaking clients, facilitating property transactions, and leveraging your language skills to bridge communication gaps and build rapport. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients, understanding their real estate needs, preferences, and cultural nuances.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, offering expert guidance and personalized assistance.
- Effectively communicate property information, market trends, and investment opportunities in Russian to ensure clear understanding and informed decision-making.
- **Property Search and Selection**:

- Collaborate with clients to identify their property requirements, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
- Conduct comprehensive property searches, utilizing available databases, listings, and market intelligence to identify suitable properties that meet clients' criteria.
- Arrange property viewings and accompany clients on site visits, providing insightful commentary and addressing any questions or concerns in Russian.
- **Negotiation and Transaction Management**:

- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, including purchase prices, rental rates, and contract terms, while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Facilitate property transactions from offer to closing, coordinating with relevant parties such as buyers, sellers, attorneys, and financial institutions.
- Ensure all documentation and paperwork are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner, maintaining meticulous records throughout the transaction process.
- **Market Analysis and Research**:

- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis to assess property values, rental rates, and investment potential for clients.
- Provide clients with up-to-date market insights and data-driven recommendations to support their decision-making process.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Russian (written and verbal) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and real estate CRM software.
- Valid real estate license or certification (preferred).
