Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and checking references.

Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.

Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees, including coordinating logistics and maintaining training records.

Support the performance management process, including assisting with goal setting, conducting performance appraisals, and facilitating feedback sessions.

Assist in handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and ensure compliance in HR practices.

Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate HR data for management reporting purposes.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.

Maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals.

Handle general HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR files, preparing HR letters, and processing HR-related paperwork.

Uphold the confidentiality and security of employee information.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.

Previous experience in the hospitality or catering industry is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, with a focus on Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining HR records and documentation.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Age between 25 and 40 years old.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
