We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office.
**Position**: Receptionist cum Secretary
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle basic office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a secretary or receptionist
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Note: Applicant must be in Abu Dhabi or ready to relocate and can join our team immediately.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
