Contracts Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
Negotiate and draft contracts with stakeholders in the property management industry.
Ensure that all parties understand and agree to the terms of the contract.
Manage contract timelines and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.
Monitor compliance with contract terms and take appropriate action as needed.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Attending industry events, joining professional associations, and leverage social media platforms to expand your reach.
Collaborate with other members of the property management team to achieve company goals.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
2+ years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of the property management industry and legal regulations
Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms for the company.
Experience with contract management software is a plus.
