Admin cum to logistic - FEMALE ONLY
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator come to logistic officer **English or Arabic Speaker**with minimum experience of 3-4 years should undertake administrative tasks. Holding bachelor degree
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Good Knowledge in import & export producer / documents / letters in FMCG field
- Create and update records and reports and databases.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals, invoices, quotations. As assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Planning and organizing transportation routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Tracking shipments and monitoring their progress to ensure on-time delivery.**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an **office administrator/ logistics**office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
**Salary**: AED1,993.35 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- logistics: 2 years (preferred)
- administrator: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- ARABIC (preferred)
