Determine the manager’s appointments
- Skill in using a computer - excellent use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Skill in writing reports on the daily work of the administration
- Opening a file for each client, a paper file and a file on the computer, with scanning of documents
- Continuously updating customer data (from commercial licenses, changing owners, commissioners, communication channels, etc....)
- Client contracts file - extended
- Opening a file for simple transactions, determining the time of requesting service for the transaction and the flow of the transaction, and providing the manager with a report on the status of transactions with employees.
- Communicating with clients from the beginning of the month who have tax returns or accounting services and setting an appointment to visit or receive documents.
- Preparing work files for employees according to each employee’s client
- Opening a file for clients who have declarations for the current period in the computer and preparing the work papers.
- Distributing tasks or transactions to employees.
- Teaching you some quick transactions in order to complete them
- Follow social media pages
- Follow the office website
- Issuing invoices to customers and price offers using Zoho or QuickBooks
- Teaching you how to use the Canva program to create promotional images.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
