We are looking of Female Secretary with the following qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor Degree
- Ability to communicate internally and externally on administrative matters.
**Duties**:
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
- Preparing quotation, purchase order, delivery note and invoices.
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments & meetings.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
