Purchasing and Operations Coordinator

Oversee and manage all pre-orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Communicate pre-orders to the appropriate factories, ensuring all necessary details are conveyed for production.
- Follow up consistently with factories to monitor the status of orders, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain regular communication with factory representatives to address any issues or delays promptly.
- Collaborate with workers to conduct thorough quality control checks on products.
- Ensure that any issues identified during QC checks are promptly addressed and resolved.
- Handle all exchanges and returns from the factory after QC checks, ensuring smooth processing and resolution.
- Manage the goods receipt process, ensuring all incoming products are logged and verified against pre-order specifications.
- Ensure that all received orders are processed efficiently and on time by coordinating with the packing team.
- Monitor the packing process to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in pre-order management and operations.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including factory representatives, workers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and efficiency of the supply chain process.

1.**Previous Experience in E-commerce Operations**:While not mandatory, prior experience in e-commerce operations is an advantage

2**.Proficiency in Excel Sheets**: Having knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is beneficial for creating and managing order processing sheets efficiently. Skills in data entry, sorting, and basic formulas in Excel can streamline your tasks and enhance productivity.

3.**Proficient English Speaking**: Clear and effective communication is essential in coordinating with team members, addressing customer inquiries, and accurately documenting order details.

4.**Demonstrates a high level of professionalism** in all interactions, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

5**.Team Collaboration**: Works well within a team, demonstrating the ability to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

6.**Adaptability**: Flexible and open to change, able to quickly adjust to new processes, technologies, and work environments.
