We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Market Manager to lead our marketing efforts at Khambati Metals Industry LLC. As the Market Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance the company's brand presence within the metals industry. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while also generating new business opportunities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

2. *New Business Development:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. Develop strategies to expand our client base and penetrate new markets. Initiate contact with potential clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.

3. *Strategic Planning:* Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Collaborate with senior management to define target markets, set sales goals, and allocate resources effectively. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

4. *Marketing Campaigns:* Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with company objectives and resonate with target audiences.

5. *Sales Support:* Provide support to the sales team by assisting with client inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and conducting product demonstrations. Collaborate with sales representatives to develop customized solutions for clients and address their specific needs.

6. *Performance Analysis:* Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

7. *Team Leadership:* Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the metals industry.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients and stakeholders.

4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

5. Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and develop innovative solutions.

6. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

9. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
