We create products that help decision makers with rapid sense making by modelling complex scenarios into comprehensive yet concise visualisations that tell stories.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of** Consultant - Growth and Delivery,** to be based in **Abu Dhabi.**

What you will do:

- ** Strategic Growth Initiatives**: Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Drive initiatives focused on acquiring new customers, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition channels and enhance overall user experience.
- **Value Realization**: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the delivery of tangible value to clients, measuring and optimizing performance against key metrics.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making processes, providing actionable insights to enhance business performance and client outcomes.
- **Business Transformation**: Lead and support business transformation projects, working closely with clients to navigate and implement change initiatives effectively.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Collaborate with internal teams including product development, marketing, and technology to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
- **Client Engagement**: Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in strategy management consulting with a focus on growth and business transformation.
- Proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies and value realization for clients.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working at the intersection of consulting, data, and user experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Experience in a Consulting company is a plus
