**Description du poste**:
Safran Aircraft Engines doit soutenir la maintenance de la flotte Mirage 2000 des EAU par la mise en place d'un « Field Service Représentative » (FSR) pour le moteur M 53 P2. Le poste est rattaché à la Direction Supports et Services de la Division des Moteurs Militaires de Safran Aircraft Engines.

Le / La Field Service Représentative (FSR) assure le support opérationnel direct et quotidien et est le point focal du support client sur la base. A ce titre il assure les missions suivantes:

- Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié du client pour toutes questions associées aux produits SAE et de l'équipe client (Front Office) et pour toutes les informations liées à la situation opérationnelle des flottes avions & moteurs,
- Assister le client GAL et l'AFAD pour les questions concernant le moteur et la maintenance M 53 (support des Mirage 2000-9 en service),
- Etre force de propositions pour améliorer la disponibilité des moteurs, modules et/ou équipements. Identifier d'éventuels besoins clients (pièces, outillages, formation ) et faire remonter l'information à l'équipe client.
- Intervenir sur site sur demande client pour conseiller un trouble-shooting, dépanner un moteur, participer, voire réaliser une endoscopie (SnS 187) sous couvert du client et rédiger le rapport d'inspection.
- Maintenir le dialogue avec les équipes de maintenance du client sur les problèmes et les besoins en service et alerter au plus tôt l'entreprise sur les risques de situations critiques.
- Supporter techniquement le client sur les aspects configuration moteur, livret moteur, transport et préservation.
- Etre le point d'entrée des évènements en service, gérer avec les Front & Back offices toute situation de crise.
- Etre garant du maintien à jour de données techniques en exploitation (Starfleet) et rapporter les données opérationnelles au back office SAE dans les systèmes (rapports hebdomadaires/mensuels).
- Ecouter, communiquer, rapporter tous les éléments ayant trait au Climat Client (VOSR).
- Assurer l'interface client en présentant, expliquant, commentant les messages techniques au client
- Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié du client pour toutes questions relatives au moteur.
- Participer de façon constructive à l'esprit d'équipe au sein des front & back offices. Analyser les évolutions techniques en avance de phase pour appréhender l'impact sur la flotte client
- Synchroniser et manager en local son activité avec les FTR et FLR.
- Superviser le support SAE technique et logistique sur base e

**Exigences du poste**:
Faire preuve d'une expérience réussie en tant que support technique client, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'entretien, du dépannage et de la réparation du moteur M53 (OLM et ILM)
- Bonne connaissance de la turbomachine et de la Maintenance des turboréacteurs,
- Capacité à prendre des décisions pour conseiller un trouble-shooting, dépanner un moteur, assurer une assistance spécifique sur les dépannages au banc d'essai réacteur.

Bonne faculté de communication (sens du client dans le respect des règles du groupe, flexibilité, enthousiasme, multi relationnel à distance - client & interne société),

Sens développé du relationnel et du service client,

Capacités d'analyse et de synthèse,

Aptitudes pédagogiques. Savoir expliquer et transmettre un savoir faire,

Facultés d'adaptation (travail en environnement multiculturel / poste basé à l'étranger), adaptabilité aux usages du client.

Autonome, curieux et réactif,

Connaissance des environnements & opérations militaires

Capacité de travail en équipe, esprit de synthèse.

Rigueur, intégrité, précision et respect des procédures sont des qualités devant être reconnues.

Poste avancé auprès du client, à l'Etranger, sur base et en atelier militaire.
Fortes disponibilité & amplitude horaire. Astreinte possible de nuit et le week-end.
