The Corporate Communications Manager (M/F/d) will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate communication strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and messaging matrix.

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies including internal and external communication plans and media relations strategies
- Create and publish engaging content related to thought leadership, and business operations for distribution into key international markets
- Develop and manage public relations programs, including media outreach, press releases, and events
- Manage media relations, including working with agencies, reporters, and journalists to pitch stories, and responding to media inquiries in conjunction with our appointed media agency
- In charge of managing stakeholder relations including working with Business Groups, Associations, Partners, Government officials, and other key stakeholders
- Implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
- Manage crisis communications and develop contingency plans
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of communications programs
- Develop and manage internal communications programs to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
- Manage internal communication efforts, including employee communications, executive communications, and company-wide communications
- Reporting to Director of Marketing

**To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of ten years experience in corporate communications in the GCC region
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Hands-on approach with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Creativity and ability to develop original content that provokes engagement
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and ability to ensure compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for corporate communications and a proven track record of success
