This individual will be a dynamic, go-getter with Corporate Communicationsexperience who can self-manage, loves to collaborate and ideate, and thrives off of carrying a lot of responsibility Manage and collaborate with public relations agency; set PR strategy and manage to outcomes.Manage and oversee communications between the organization and the public and press to increase company visibilityBuild relationships with the media, targeting top outlets in our most critical verticalsAnalyze all media coverage and draft appropriate responses where neededDevelop strategies and plans for executive positioning and work with executives on promotional activitiesDevelop media monitoring reports and compile media analysis to quantitatively evaluate success and drive decision makingCollaborate closely with various departments across organization to develop and implement strategies for promoting our internal expertise, positioning as a thought leader and building a strong public imageOwn the corporate blog and editorial contentWork closely with content marketing agency and marketing teams to develop thought leadership strategies and develop content including third-party contributionsRun social media channels including managing editorial calendar, writing posts, making posts, and managing resourcesDaily listening, monitoring, liking and engagement in social media conversations to keep at the forefront of topics that impact our markets and connected to credible related organizationsRespond to customer messages on social mediaMaintain key brand statistics around social media performance and overall brand KPIs and use to make decisionsManage and keep up to date the corporate and careers pages on the external-facing websiteRegular review of website content for brand positioning improvementsParticipate in the creation of marketing and promotional materials as neededSubmit applications for key industry awardsHelp support the planning and execution of large corporate eventsSupport ad hoc projects as neededQualificationsBachelors Degree requiredShould have6 to 8years of experience working in communications, with at least 3 years at public relations agency.Experience with social media management and use of channels to position the company and increase followersExperience working with senior leadership promoting key initiatives aimed to enhance a favorable public image of the companyStrong writing skillsAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsProfessional presentation skills, strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other Office softwareProject management skills, and a history of strong working relationships with cross-functional teamsTeam player who hustles is a self-motivated problem solver, and loves to collaborate and ideate with othersAbility to connect the dots between initiatives to paint a broader pictureComfortable in a rapidly changing environment where each day may be different from the nextCandidates willing to relocate from aboard are also welcome to apply Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
