**Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, **is looking for an efficient and team-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team Holiday Inn is the first of its brand in Abu Dhabi, featuring 203 modern and stylish rooms and a wide variety of food & beverage outlets. Indulge in a variety of International flavors at the Silk Route Café. For a lively night out, hit the Thirty 1st Bar & Lounge with amazing views of the Abu Dhabi skyline. Visit Hubbly Bubbly, our shisha café, for a traditional Arabic experience under the stars. For Sushi lovers, SushiSan offers sushi as it should. Stock Burger Co. is a new casual dining concept defined by a perfect and always appealing pairing: premium burgers, craft brew, and all, in addition to meeting rooms and banqueting facilities.

**What’s the job?**

Working as a **Food & Beverage Supervisor**, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining IHG’s True Hospitality service behavior. You will lead the day-to-day team with the support of the Food & Beverage Manager. You’ll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We’re seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:

- Leading, coaching, and guiding a team of energetic F&B attendants to Make Our Guests Smile;
- Delivering exceptional guest and dining experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
- Support initiatives of the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure departmental goals are met and exceeded;
- Work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure service is seamless and organized;
- Rostering, recruitment, onboarding new hires are all part of the day-to-day;
- Drive employee satisfaction through coaching and creative engagement activities;
- Purchasing and ordering stock and maintaining stock levels
- Multitasking to oversee restaurant, bar, room service and conference and events spaces.

**What we need from you**
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2-4 years restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local/ government authorities.
- Excellent knowledge of ala carte menus, wine and beverage lists, current and emerging food trends.
