Admin & Sales Coordinator (Thai National)

**Job description**
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process and manage customer orders, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and prompt delivery.
Liaise with sales staff, customers, and internal departments to verify orders, resolve discrepancies, and confirm timely dispatch and delivery.
Prepare essential documentation like sales orders and purchase orders, facilitating smooth operations and compliance.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure inventory is replenished and maintained appropriately.
Maintain precise inventory records and update systems to reflect current stock and transaction data.
Act as the primary contact for customer queries related to orders, delivery timelines, and product queries.
Quickly address and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to relevant departments.
Arrange and oversee transport and delivery schedules with logistics partners to guarantee efficient shipment of goods.
Produce and manage shipping documents in line with regulatory and company requirements.
Support sales and customer service tasks, contributing to the team's overall targets and objectives.
Generate and analyze reports on sales and logistics performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Keep comprehensive records of all transactions, ensuring documentation is available for audit and compliance purposes.
Making sure all the Administrative works and filings are done for day to day basis.
**Qualification**:
Thailand National ( preferred )
Proven experience in an administrative or marketing role, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of logistics and tracking systems is a plus.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
