We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Assistant Manager - General Ledger to join our finance team. This role will be crucial in managing book closing processes, cross-functional collaboration, and audit interactions. P

- **ook Closing: L**ead and manage the book closing process to ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing. This includes overseeing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. C
- **ross-Functional Collaboration: C**ollaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to finance, operations, and other departments, to ensure that financial transactions and data are accurately recorded and reported. G
- **eneral Ledger Management: O**versee and maintain the integrity of the general ledger. Ensure that accounts are properly reconciled, and financial data is accurately recorded and classified. A
- **udit Coordination: A**ct as the primary point of contact for auditors, both internal and external, during financial and compliance audits. Provide necessary documentation and explanations, and work to address audit findings and recommendations. F
- **inancial Reporting: P**repare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement. P
- **rocess Improvement: C**ontinuously review and enhance financial processes and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. T
- **eam Leadership: P**rovide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, assisting in their professional development. Q

- 7 years of experience in book closing, general ledger management, and financial reporting. S
- trong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. E
- xcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. E
- xperience in dealing with cross-functional teams and auditors. P
- roficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. S
- trong communication and interpersonal skills. L
