Sales Office Assistants

**Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner, providing them with any necessary information or guidance.
- **Customer Appointment Assistance**: Coordinate customer appointments with the sales team, ensuring timely scheduling and adherence to the office's calendar.
- **Sales Team Coordination**: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient communication and smooth coordination of tasks and appointments.
- **File Management**: Maintain and organize files, documents, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-structured.
- **Data Entry**:Accurately input received data into the CRM systems to update customer information, sales records, and other relevant data.
**Requirements**:
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities to manage files and ensure the office operates efficiently.
- **CRM Experience**: Familiarity with CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
- **Experience**:Prior experience in administrative roles or real estate sales support is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
