Job Description: Duty Manager (Etisalat Outlet, Dubai)

**Position Summary**:
As a Duty Manager for an outlet in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. You will manage a team of sales representatives, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and strive to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, customer focus, and a deep understanding of telecommunications products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
Outlet Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth functioning, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Team Management**:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.

**Customer Service**:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Targets: Monitor and drive the achievement of sales targets, upselling opportunities, and product promotions. Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

**Product Knowledge**:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications products and services, including mobile devices, plans, internet packages, and value-added services, to effectively assist customers and promote sales.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring an adequate supply of products and accessories while minimizing stock discrepancies and losses.

Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, inventory, and operational activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Training and Development**:
Identify training needs for the sales team and collaborate with the HR department to conduct product knowledge sessions, sales training, and coaching sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Quality Assurance**:
Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance with company policies. Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate billing, proper documentation, and adherence to sales processes.

**Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and seeking opportunities to enhance their experience. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the outlet, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

**Leadership Skills**:
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.

**Product Knowledge**:
Deep understanding of telecommunications products, services, and the latest industry trends.

**Sales and Customer Focus**:
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer service. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

**Problem-Solving**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions.

**Relationship Building**:
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

**Computer Proficiency**:
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
