Operations Manager

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the restaurant operations across all locations in all aspects, from business planning and organizing to operations and administration.
2. Manage all the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including food preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
3. Maintain industry-best standards of F&B and guest service quality to achieve highest customer satisfaction and experience while bringing creativity and variety to restaurants’ offerings.
4. Ensures that the local health and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to.
5. Ensures that the restaurant is following the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance.
6. Achieve budgeted revenues & expenses and maximize profitability related to the operations.
7. Implement & maintain sales / marketing programs, participate in branding activities, and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentation to achieve sales goals.
8. Work closely with other departments including central production and catering, marketing, logistics for improvising administrative, branding, and marketing strategies.
9. Provide input to HRD teams for staffing, manpower and training & development strategies.
10. Ensure compliance with business operations and legal regulations.
11. Ensure Marketing Validity & System Accurateness by monitoring marketing or promotional programs, as well as menu listings and details for validity and accuracy.
12. Remain alert to industry best standards, latest technologies, technology trends and operational and human resource requirements, presenting requests for additional resources to management in a comprehensive way.
13. Identify and establish sources of strategic alliances and partnerships
14. Liaise with potential products and services providers to obtain new information, prices and product information
15. Liaise with HR department for Training and Development needs and requirements of the team
16. Attends applicable and approved networking events to represent the Company, interacts with all guests and engage in Training Sessions when required
17. Be fully committed and dedicated to personal development and growth, working toward the achievement of performance targets on agreed periodic basis
18. Ensures all paperwork is kept in meticulous order and correctly executed within the Branches, complying with all management information and reporting requests and in compliance with legal/regulatory standards/requests.
19. Ensure that the team use only the hardware and software systems as provided by the Company for all communications, information, and data storage purposes
20. Ensure all company policies, quality standards and food & hygiene standards are adequately followed and a culture for the same is developed and maintained across all teams
21. Periodically evaluate the team development progress with Senior Managers
22. Ensure timely reporting of all operational matters to the management as per prescribed reports formats and generating &/or improvising comprehensive and detailed MIS reporting mechanism between the branches and the management.
**Confidentiality & Ethics**
- Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Confidentiality policy and Third-Party Non-Solicitation policy which prohibits the sharing or discussion of sensitive information and the earning of fees through third party channels not connected with the Company;
- Protection of the Company always in relation to informational databases, IP, secrets and strategy, as well as sensitive information, all of which may not be discussed with any unauthorized person
- Ensure all sensitive client and Company information remains confidential and ensure this culture is built across the Branch
- Ensure any unethical behaviour of any team member is quickly brought to the attention of Senior Management, so that it may be appropriately addressed.
**Prerequisites**
- **Education**: Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related field
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years in fast-paced F&B Restaurant operations in UAE
- **Age**: More than 40 years
- **Skills**: Leadership, Teamwork, Eye for detail, Guest Service, Interpersonal skills & Adaptability
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written English/ Arabic.
- Valid UAE License
- Able to demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic management.
