The Operations Manager is responsible for overall management of operations and facilities, maintaining excellent customer service, and that the facilities meet all specified quality and performance standards, monitor daily operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met such as opening and closing procedures, conducting routine checklists with regular safety checks, manage and continuously improve operational processes.

**Key position responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with HOD and all departments to emphasize superior customer service and club development
- Manage the overall operations of Gym area, to ensure policies and procedures as outlined in the Gym Operations Manual and are followed at all times.
- Ensure that all employees are wearing proper uniform attire and nametags
- Ensure that Schedule are being followed by all Receptionist, monitors Tardiness and Absenteeism
- Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
- Attends Members Concern /Complaints making sure it is either directed to concern Department or re-solved with 48hrs.
- Able to lead the team by setting a BEST Example at all times
- Ensures that all Front Desk Receptionist are functioning according to club Policy and Procedure.
- Manages and controls all front desk binders according to The club Policy and Procedure
- Assist other department heads for Club Operations needs
- Ensures the overall cleanliness of the club according to Brand Standard. Submits Weekly report and meet the Cleaning company to address and discuss the issues
- Ensures all Front Desk Receptionist encode the right data in the System
- Responsible in implementing strict Membership Audit on a daily and weekly basis
- Communicates with GM regarding ways to improve Front Desk and Club operations
- Manage and support retail, POS and other service offered by the club
- Assist Club General Manager in processing Membership Needs Developing together with the Marketing Department the club offers for Government, Private and Partners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience in Club Operations or relevant experience in the Fitness, Wellness industry
- Excellent customer service skills with background in handling customers and VIP clients
- Good knowledge of different business functions
- Have the ability to seek, recognize and develop opportunities for creating competitive advantage
- The ability to relate to the requirements of customers from all age groups and sectors of society, including people with special needs
- Capable of managing multinational Team and Clients
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 5 years (required)
