We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the tourism sector.

This role demands a proactive approach to sales and marketing strategies, a deep understanding of the tourism industry, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the tourism industry.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build business relationships.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product potential to shape future business strategies.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in sales and business development, preferably in the tourism, hotel, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the tourism market and its current trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : AED 4000- 6000/
