**Job Purpose / Overall Objective**:
As a HR Assistant, to work closely with HR Manager and the PRO Manager, for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, labour cards, permits, trade licenses, registration of employees of the company, and liaising with various government departments. Should Maintain records of Trade License, Employee visas, and labour cards for timely renewal. Attendance Management, Salary proceeding

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Initiate and obtain labour cards, visa, and Emirates IDs for new.

2. Make timely renewals of Visa, Emirates ID, and labour card for existing staff.

3. Coordinate with travel agencies to obtain a visit visa (if required)

4. Follow-up for staff /labours salary revision for their renewal process to initiate.

5. Coordinate staff end of service benefits for the staff cancellation of the labour card and Visa.

6. Coordinate sending labours to the Tawjeeh and Medical.

8. Establishment update in MOHRE and Immigration system.

9. Coordinate trade license timely renewal.

10. Make necessary documents ready for the Taq-yeem (MOHRE Inspection) upon trade license renewal and establishment update.

11. Maintaining an excel sheet for all the employees with all the expiry details of Passport, Visa, and Labour Card for their timely renewals.

12. Create and maintain the Pension System of emirates staff.

13. Maintaining all staff files.

14. Maintaining excel sheet for the trade license expiry, establishment card expiry, immigration system expiry, and PRO Card expiry.

15. To prepare formality letters (Salary Certificates, NOCs, and Authorization letters) with the respective manager’s approval.

16. Maintain employee annual leave, sick leave, and leave tracker.

17. Request the medical insurance company to add and delete staff under the company insurance group.

18. Generate all the expenses, take the necessary approvals, and submit accurate expense statements with the attached invoices to the accounts department for MOHRE and Immigration related expenses of the group.

19. Attendance management

20. Any other activities assigned by the supervisor.

**Education, Qualification & Skills**

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Management

2. Solid knowledge of immigration rules and updated regulations.

3. Excellent excel skills

4. Good communication and leadership skills

5. Proficiency effectively utilize the Immigration and MOHRE online system.

**Salary**: AED5,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Using Tasheel System: 1 year (required)
- Using MOHRE: 1 year (required)
