Telesales Executive for Forex Trading

A tele sales officer in the forex trading industry is responsible for conducting sales activities over the phone to promote and sell forex trading products or services to potential clients. Their primary goal is to generate leads, establish contact with prospects, and convert them into active traders.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and source potential clients interested in forex trading through various channels such as cold calling, database mining, referrals, online platforms, etc.

**Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospects and engage in conversations to introduce the company's forex trading products or services.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the forex trading industry, including market trends, trading platforms, investment strategies, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with the latest developments in the forex market.

**Sales Pitch**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits, features, and competitive advantages of the company's forex trading offerings. Effectively communicate how forex trading can meet the client's financial goals.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their trading requirements, risk appetite, and investment objectives. Provide personalized assistance, address queries, and offer guidance throughout the sales process.

**Client Conversion**: Effectively handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals with potential clients. Convert leads into active forex traders by encouraging them to open trading accounts or sign up for relevant services.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with industry trends, trading strategies, and new product offerings. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of financial markets.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven work experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the forex trading industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with forex trading concepts, platforms, and market dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team objectives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month**
