Vibe Education is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable part-time trainer to join our team and help shape the next generation of professionals in the industry. If you have a strong background in tourism and hospitality and a desire to inspire and educate, we want to hear from you

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: A relevant degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **Industry Experience**: Substantial hands-on experience within the tourism and hospitality sector, such as working in hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, or event planning.
- **Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer service, event management, travel operations, and related areas.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications or qualifications in tourism and hospitality will be advantageous.
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring individuals in a professional or educational setting.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and convey complex concepts to diverse learners.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
- **Enthusiasm**: A genuine passion for the tourism and hospitality industry and a strong desire to ignite the same passion in students.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Course Delivery**: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions based on the UK Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality curriculum.
- **Content Development**: Collaborate with our education team to develop course materials, presentations, and assessments that align with industry standards.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster a positive learning environment, encourage active participation, and provide guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and assess their understanding of course materials.
- **Industry Insights**: Share real-world insights and practical experiences to bridge the gap between theory and industry practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and teaching methodologies to enhance the quality of instruction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow trainers, educators, and staff to contribute to the overall growth of the training program.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in training and workshops to enhance your own teaching skills and industry knowledge.
