**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Trading and Procurement**:

- Source and trade used cooking oil (UCO) and biofuels in domestic and international markets.
- Develop relationships with suppliers, processors, and customers to secure competitive deals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for the purchase and sale of UCO and biofuels.
- Manage the logistics of biofuel and UCO shipments, including transportation, documentation, and compliance with industry standards.

**Market Analysis**:

- Monitor global market trends in biofuels and UCO to identify opportunities and risks.
- Keep track of regulatory changes and environmental policies affecting the biofuel and UCO markets.
- Provide insights and forecasts to management for strategic decision-making.

**Compliance and Sustainability**:

- Ensure that all trading activities comply with local and international regulations regarding biofuels and UCO.
- Promote sustainability initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve eco-friendly solutions.
- Work closely with compliance teams to adhere to environmental standards, including certification and traceability of materials.

**Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s trading portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to promote the company’s biofuel trading activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in biofuels, used cooking oil trading, or related renewable energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of biofuel markets, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and make strategic trading decisions.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental policies related to biofuels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trading software.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Established network of suppliers and buyers within the biofuel or UCO markets.
- Experience working with logistics and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (required)
