Admin and Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide an efficient and responsive administrative /coordination and basic accounting services.
- Should have knowledge local supplier/vendor handling.
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as similar administrative /coordination role
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP).Excel and PPT skills especially.
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of business communication.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
Driving License UAE.
- Degree in business administration or relative field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
