Four Seas 5 Star Hotel is a luxury establishment committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our world-class hotel.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best terms and prices for hotel goods and services.
- **Procurement Strategy**: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
- **Inventory Control**: Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of essential items while minimizing excess inventory.
- **Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all purchased goods and services meet the hotel's quality standards and specifications.
- **Budget Management**: Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets related to purchasing activities.
- **Compliance**: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with various departments such as Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry for atlest 5 years
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
