**Your tasks**:

- Securing required resources and using formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
- Ensuring sub-contractors assemble plants according to design specifications.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Strategic planning in cooperation with the project team (Krones AG - PM, Technical department, etc.).
- Selecting suppliers.
- Purchasing components (single parts), units, machines, and services in national, regional, and global markets.
- Liaising with the finance department to process payments to suppliers.
- Coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders - client, design, plant engineering, fabrication, electrical and instrumentation & automation, QC, etc.
- Detailed estimating of BOM, freezing the requirement, indenting of material, discussion, and negotiating with the purchase department, following up for material procurement.
- Mobilizing the site, coordinating with the site team, and guiding the execution team.
- Initiating, planning, and implementing cost-saving projects.
- Providing support on the following tasks:

- Mass Balance, Process Time Schedule, utility histograms to optimize the capacity of process and utility equipment, sizing of process & utility pipes.
- Preparation of basic process descriptions, technical specifications, process flow diagrams, instrumentation drawings, equipment layout drawings for the techno-commercial offer, and deviation lists.
- Post Order - Process and Instrumentation diagrams for process, CIP & utility distribution for detailed engineering.
- Being responsible for project planning: from project schedule to resource requirements.
- Preparing process descriptions for food and beverage process plants.
- Allocating and providing direction and support to the team.
- Ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Handling complaints, notifications of defects, and claim management.
- Detailed engineering, i.e., preparing P&IDs, equipment layouts, designing and reviewing GA drawings, PFDs, piping and support drawings, cable tray distribution, etc.
- Monitoring and controlling site activities like erection, installation, piping, and integration of different equipment, water trials & testing, commissioning, product trials, and commercial production through frequent site visits.
- Tracking project progress and financial aspects of the project, i.e., invoicing of the project, project fund flow, cash recovery against invoices, EPCG documentation preparation, and record-keeping.
- Exercising full cost control over local purchasing activities in a project and supporting project controlling.

**Your profile**:

- Degree in engineering, project management, or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
- Proven working experience of 5 to 7 years in project management and engineering.
- Excellent client-facing and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Skilled AutoCAD knowledge to prepare P&IDs and layouts.
