We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Accountant & Receptionist to join our team at MORYA CARS. If you’re passionate about numbers and customer service, this dual-role position is perfect for you
Key Responsibilities:
**Accounting Tasks**:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and assist with tax preparation.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy.
**Receptionist Duties**:
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office calendars.
Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
**What We’re Looking For**:
Proven experience in accounting and/or receptionist roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
A positive attitude, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
