**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Boat Captain Duties**:

- Safely navigate and operate the boat according to maritime regulations.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance of the boat's engine, navigational equipment, and safety gear.
- Develop and follow route plans, considering weather conditions and passenger needs.
- Ensure passenger safety by providing safety briefings and enforcing safety regulations.
- Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, including first aid and rescue operations if necessary.

**2. Security Duties**:

- Monitor and ensure the security of the boat and its passengers at all times.
- Conduct regular security checks and patrols on board.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or suspicious activities.
- Maintain logs and reports of security-related activities and incidents.

**3. Cleaning Duties**:

- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the boat's interior and exterior.
- Ensure all areas, including cabins, decks, and restrooms, are kept clean and tidy.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to environmental regulations.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or required.
- Stock and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid boat captain’s license and any other required certifications.
- Proven experience as a boat captain.
- Strong knowledge of maritime laws and safety regulations.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in security roles is highly desirable.
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle cleaning and security duties.

License/Certification:

- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
