Front Office Supervisor/shift Leader

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Front Desk day-to-day operations and delegates task for the efficient and smooth running of the Front Desk.
Ensure that the entire Front Desk team properly implements standard operating procedures for check-in, check-out and room changes.
Supervise the Front Desk personnel to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate to ensure maximum revenue by up selling skill.
Maintains continuous contact with hotel guests to ensure that any problem or complaints are handled quickly, efficiently and courteously.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as Shift leader/Supervisor in the Front office in 3 or 4-star hotel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
