Customer Service Incharge for Architectural Glass

**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:
A Glass company is a joint venture and is headed by a young and dynamic team of people. Within a short span of time, the company has positioned itself as one of the top Glass processing companies in the Middle east.
With a team of 300 people, company has visionary plans of further growth into new markets and new product developments and has been making strategic investments and progress to achieve a service and quality level like no others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for complete satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, focusing on client loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Proactively communicate with customers about the status of their orders and any relevant updates.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company's database.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify trends or areas for improvement, providing valuable insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competition to better address customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the glass or construction industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE, or willing to relocate.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Customer Service INCHARGE: 3 years (required)
