As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our presence in the architectural glass market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients, architects, designers, and construction firms to promote our architectural glass solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and offering tailored glass solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are executed seamlessly.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record of at least 1 year in B2B sales within the architectural or construction industry, preferably in glass products or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of architectural design processes and construction cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Dubai's construction and architecture market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic would be advantageous.
- Valid UAE driving license.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales in similar industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Architectural Glass, Glazing, Facade: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
