We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Plan and schedule shipments, considering factors such as transportation modes, routing, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange timely pickups, deliveries, and shipments.
- Track and monitor the progress of shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and proactively addressing any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring proper stock management and minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies for production or delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents.
- Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations and trade requirements.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns, in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to provide updates and resolve logistics-related queries.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact logistics operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export documentation, and international trade practices.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, with experience in using transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
