AL FENIQA Logistics L.L.C is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the logistics operations to ensure efficient transportation, distribution, and delivery of goods. You will play a key role in managing the logistics team, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Logistics Operations Management:Plan, organize, and oversee the daily logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and distribution activities.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments, and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays.
Optimize routes, modes of transportation, and shipping methods to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Team Leadership and Development:Supervise and manage a team of logistics personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Assign tasks, set goals, and provide guidance to ensure the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and performance expectations.
- Inventory Management:Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and proper stock management.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment.
Implement inventory control measures, such as cycle counting and stock reconciliation, to minimize discrepancies and stockouts.
Analyze inventory data and provide recommendations for optimizing inventory levels and reducing carrying costs.
- Vendor and Supplier Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effective and reliable logistics services.
Monitor vendor performance, address any issues or concerns, and implement improvement strategies as necessary.
- Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including shipping records, invoices, and customs documentation.
Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to import/export regulations and customs procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or similar role in the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
