**Requirement**

Supervise and enhance Rider Performance and Compliance.

Take the lead in Rider Recruitment within designated zones, overseeing a team of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider Supervisors.

Efficiently manage the rider roster, ensuring proper allocation of shifts, breaks, and days off.

Provide support during the onboarding and training process.

Ensure the proper management of inventory and compliance with the use of Rider equipment.

Foster the improvement of rider quality, encompassing behavior, appearance, professionalism, and presentation.

Develop performance improvement plans to enhance the performance of underperforming riders.

Minimize rider grievances originating from customers.

Monitor individual rider performance and be responsible for coaching and issuing warnings to riders.

Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and execute time-sensitive assignments in an organized manner.

Refined interpersonal skills, allowing for empathy and connection with individuals from diverse backgrounds while working effectively within a team.

Compilation, maintenance, and updating of various reports and records.

Demonstrated experience in people management, including handling larger groups.

Qualifications:
**A Bachelor’s Degree.**

2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery industry.

Proficiency in Google Suite and its associated tools.

Excellent in Microsoft Package i.e., Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English and Urdu, with Arabic as a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
logistics: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability: Flexible

**Language**:
