Automotive Service Advisor

❖ Can perform a walk-around ocular inspection for check-in indicating the details of the customer, the details of the car, and the customer’s concerns
❖ Receives inquiries and offer automotive workshop services and
❖ assistance by initial consultative vehicle repair advises to customer
❖ Schedules customers for service appointments
❖ Writes service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
❖ Translates customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
❖ Answer questions about service outcome
❖ Explains repairs to customers and the extent of the work needed to be done
❖ Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs
❖ Estimate the cost and time needed for repairs
❖ Inform customers upon completion of repairs and when the vehicle is ready for pick-up
❖ Handles customer complaints
❖ Follow up with customer as to the quality of work done, cleanliness,
❖ timely delivery, next service reminder and request for customer
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Automotive: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English and Arabic (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Drivers License (preferred)
