As a receptionist, your responsibility is to oversee the front desk daily, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and provide customer service to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person in the office, offer coffee, tea or water
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable on daily basis, with all necessary stationery etc.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order office and pantry supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Ensure the meeting rooms are tidy and presentable. Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Ensure the common areas are tidy and presentable (pantry, tea room, meeting rooms). Arrange repairs if necessary.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Assists in new staff arrival, airport pick up
- Filing, photocopying, scanning of documents
- Assists in monitoring and updating the Asset List
- Supports in HR/Admin events.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Admin assistant or similar role
- Computer proficient
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude, able to contribute positively to the team, helping out with various tasks as required

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
